    We send orders by either Royal Mail (small packets and low value items that will fit through letter boxes) or via a tracked service, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel or rearrange delivery with the service. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the service in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

    In the event that you select a business address for delivery we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.

    We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service.

Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by NRG Cycles Ltd of your order. 

    Pricing and Descriptions 
    In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price / description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. 
     

    Price Information

    The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the NRG Cycles Ltd Online store.

    Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate. We regret we are not able to offer VAT exclusive pricing for deliveries to the Channel Islands. If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors. 

    NRG Cycles Ltd will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders placed on NRG Cycles Ltd Website are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described below. Also please refer to the section above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.     Payment

    We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered throughout the world. Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the dispatch of your goods, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order. We regret that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, cash, Gift Vouchers, High Street Vouchers, Purchase Orders or any other form of payment other than credit or debit cards. 

    Validation Checks 

    All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, NRG Cycles Ltd will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the NRG Cycles Ltd website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible. 

    Liability 

    The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay. 

    Delivery of Goods 

    We can deliver to addresses anywhere in the EU subject to security checks through our payment partner SagePay. For deliveries to non UK addresses and certain remote UK locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge. 

    Delivery Charges 

    The delivery charge for each item is listed on the product detail page. When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose.

    Delivery Times

    You can choose from our Standard Delivery Service or Flexible Delivery Options. Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 5 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and may incur a longer delivery leadtime. This is clearly shown on the product detail page. For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, upto 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot. Deliveries to non-Mainland UK, remote locations or Worldwide may take longer. 

    Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

    In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. 
     

    After-sales Service and Guarantees

    Where applicable, details of manufacturers' guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product. After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by us at NRG Cycles Ltd. 

    Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery 

    We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards who pass the stringent checks that our payment partner SagePay authorize. We can deliver to most addresses in the UK and EU. All goods are subject to availability. Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit. 

    Complaints and Queries 

    If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service, discover a fault with our website, or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please either contact us and we will do everything we can to help you. Your access to the NRG Cycles Ltd website may occasionally be restricted to allow for the introduction of new products or features, site development, maintenance or repairs. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. 

    Safe Shopping Guarantee 

    We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with NRG Cycles Ltd is as safe as purchasing by card in a store. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption. Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing personal information and dealing online over the Internet and NRG Cycles Ltd cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence.

    Unwanted Goods & Returns

    If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase). 

    Personalised products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. Methods of return are as follows:

    1. To our Store. The easiest and quickest way to return your item or items is to take them to our Store for a replacement or refund along with your copy invoice as proof of purchase. 
    2. By post (if the item has been posted to you) To return an item by post you must firstly contact NRG Cycles Ltd. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted. Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. 
    3. Collection by NRG Cycles Ltd (larger items delivered to you by courier) Depending on the size and weight of the item you wish to return, it may be necessary for NRG Cycles Ltd to collect your goods from you and we may charge you for collecting the goods if they are not faulty. We will inform you if collection is necessary when you contact us about your return. To arrange for an item to be collected by NRG Cycles Ltd, you must firstly contact NRG Cycles Ltd. We will issue a Returns Authorisation, which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted. If we collect your item(s), we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. 

    Promotional items

    When returning items that were purchased online as part of a 'Buy One, Get One Free' offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy , Get a Free' offer, or any other form of multi-purchase offer all of the items involved in the offer must be returned. When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may also charge for collecting the goods. We will endeavour to process returns within 14 working days of receipt.
